1. Introduction
Welcome to Luné! These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of our platform. By using Luné services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use Luné services.

Users must agree to these terms when making a payment for a subscription. Acceptance is a condition for accessing paid content.

 

2. Definitions and Terminology

  • "Service" refers to the Luné platform and related products and features.
  • "User" refers to any person accessing the Luné platform.
  • "Subscription" refers to the paid service that provides access to Luné content.
  • "Content" refers to text, images, videos, and other information provided by Luné or users.
  • "Intellectual Property" refers to all materials created by Luné, including but not limited to videos, images, texts, software components, UX/UI design elements, branding, logos, and other related content, which are protected by copyright and other regulations.

3. User Conduct Guidelines

  • It is prohibited to publish, distribute, or upload offensive, misleading, or illegal content.
  • Fraudulent activities or spamming are prohibited.
  • The use of Luné services to distribute malware is prohibited.
  • Luné reserves the right to block accounts that violate these terms.

4. Automatic Subscription Renewal and Cancellation Policy

  • The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless the user cancels at least 3 days before the next payment.
  • Users can cancel their subscription by emailing hello@luneapp.io.

5. Responsibility for Third-Party Services

  • Luné is not responsible for the operation of third-party services, including payment processing errors related to Stripe or other service providers.

6. User Account Deletion and Data Management

  • User data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy, except when required for legal obligations.

7. Warranties and Liability Disclaimer

  • Luné takes reasonable security measures to protect user data.
  • We do not guarantee that the service will always operate without interruptions, errors, or technical issues.

8. Use of Cookies

  • Luné uses cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience.

9. Marketing Communications and Opt-Out Option

  • Users can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

10. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

  • Any dispute between Luné and the user should first be attempted to be resolved through discussion.
  • If the dispute is not resolved, it will be handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

11. Amendments and Changes to Terms

  • Luné reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Changes take effect 30 days after publication.
  • Users will be informed of significant changes via email or the platform.

12. Final Provisions

  • These terms constitute the full agreement between Luné and the user regarding the use of the service.
  • If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
  • Luné reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations to another party without prior notice.
